Information we collect

We collect information to provide better service to all our users. From figuring out basic things like which language you speak, to more complex things. For example, which features you find most useful.

Information you give us. For example, you need an account with Good Solutions to use our services. When you create such an account, we will request personal information, such as your name and email address.

Information we get from your use of our services. We may collect information about the services you use and how you use them, such as your interaction with specific content. This may include when and where you use the services. Information such as location, platform, device, date and time, proxy settings, browser, network, operating system, etc.
The information we collect may be stored centrally on our servers or on local devices' browsers and other applications.

How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect from our services to protect both Good Solutions and our users. It also enables us to maintain, improve, and develop our services.

We may also use the information to offer you more relevant information and a better user experience. For example, by saving your language settings, we can enable our services to function in your preferred language.

By keeping track of our communication with you, we can better help you resolve any problems you may encounter. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as notifying you of upcoming changes, improvements, or news.

Good Solutions processes personal information on our servers. We may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live.

Provided that we do not have to keep the information for legitimate business or legal purposes. Because of this, if you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems.

We do not share personal data with companies, organizations, and individuals outside of Good Solutions unless one of the following conditions applies:

With your consent. We share personal data with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Good Solutions when we have your consent to do so.

With system administrators. As a user of Good Solutions' services, information about you exists in systems that may belong to someone else. System administrators can review all your actions within the systems they administer. System administrators will never be able to see or change your password. For external processing. 

We provide personal data to our partners or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our privacy policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

For legal reasons. We will share personal data with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Good Solutions if we have good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

• meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;

• enforce applicable terms of service, including investigation of potential violations;

• detect, prevent, or otherwise address suspected fraud, security, or technical issues;

• protect against harm to the intellectual property, property, or safety of Good Solutions, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly. For example, we may share this type of information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.

If Good Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information security

We work hard to protect Good Solutions and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold. What we do:

• We encrypt our services.

• We verify your identity (usually via email) when you create and modify your account.

• We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices—including physical security measures—to guard against unauthorized access to Good Solutions' systems.

Application

Our privacy policy applies to all services offered by Good Solutions. Our privacy policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals. We regularly review our compliance with our privacy policy.

Changes

Our privacy policy may change over time. We will not reduce your rights under this privacy policy without your explicit consent. We communicate any changes to this privacy policy as part of our service.
