The OEE system in the Good Solutions platform registers the machines' time losses in real time and makes it possible to act on them. Downtime, speed losses, rejects, and reworks can be registered automatically or manually, and changeovers are logged automatically. Automatically captured machine events are combined with the operators' knowledge to show both how much production is lost and why.
At the machine, the operator sees current and past stoppages, enters reason codes, and adds comments. Rejects and rework are registered with quantity and reason. The shift report shows performance against targets, OEE, and the shift's biggest causes of downtime. Production tracking links the results to orders and articles, with quantities produced, approved, scrapped, and reworked.
The analysis tools provide both a clear overview and details on the underlying causes. OEE waterfalls and a visual loss model show where productivity is lost. Pareto charts rank the causes of loss, while trend, cycle time, and changeover analyses help you track changes and improve planning. Understand losses in detail and see how surrounding factors such as article, day of the week, time of day, and shift affect results. This makes it easier to spot patterns and direct improvement efforts where they will have the greatest impact. The right reports are sent automatically to the right people ahead of your various meetings.
