The problem

Paulig needed better data to identify the right improvements

To be able to make objective decisions to solve the problems, Paulig UK needed to collect data from machines and operators so that the easiest improvements could be identified first – not based on personal opinions but on facts, and to ensure that the right improvement could be made as efficiently as possible.

The solution
