The training provides a practical overview of OEE, reporting, and how information is used in the system. Participants gain an understanding of KPI follow-up, the use of screens and reports, as well as roles and responsibilities.
The focus is on accurate and reliable data. Through a clear way of working, daily adjustments, and data quality reports, high data quality and better decisions are ensured.
The training also covers the system structure, data collection, and basic configuration. This creates a solid foundation for effective and long-term use.
